The development and implementation of the Budget Information Management and Monitoring Software for the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Designed, developed and implemented BIMMS an application in use by the Federal Government of Nigeria to prepare the national budget for over 1066 Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs) with tens of thousands of con-current users and several levels of access entering and preparing budget for their various agencies. Access to the application is not only limited to MDAs but also extends to the National Assembly. The National Assembly access projects from BIMMS and adjust based on their rights for oversight functions.

⦁ Installation and subsequent servicing and support of BIMMS
⦁ Hands-on implementation assistance to the project staff
⦁ Provide input to the computerization of the BIMMS
⦁ Training on the use of the BIMMS
⦁ Prepare report that was vetted and accepted by BOF
