To carry out an inventory of the ICT infrastructure and capacity in MDAs and baseline these with best- in-class global organizations. A comparison would also be conducted against global standards, and recognized appraisal programs. This will enable NITDA to identify the ICT Gaps in these organizations with the view of helping the Nigerian public sector improve performance, using ICT as an enabler for value creation.
