Mrs Fatimah Nana Mede is Chairman of the Carter Board. She was former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Budget and National Planning, Federal Ministry of Environment, Former Accountant general of Benue State and Director Finance & National Coordinator Integrated Personnel Payroll Information Systems, Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF). She is a philanthropist and the Founder and Director of Baba Rabi Foundation.
